Agreeing to these terms

By adding the bot to your server or using the dashboard, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree with them, remove the bot and do not use the dashboard.

MohiBot is run by one person, not a company. Discord's own Terms of Service and Community Guidelines always apply on top of these terms.

Who can use it

You must meet Discord's minimum age (at least 13, higher in some countries) and you must be allowed to add a bot to the server you are adding it to.

Your server, your responsibility

You decide what gets logged, backed up, or moderated in your server. Turning on logging, backups or ticket transcripts is your call, and telling your members about it is your responsibility — see the privacy page for exactly what is stored.

The bot requests a specific permission set when you add it, and does not ask for Administrator. Granting it anything wider than that is your choice.

Acceptable use

Do not use the bot to break Discord's rules or the law, to harass people, to harvest member data for misuse, or to attack the service — that includes hammering the API past its rate limits and trying to reach another server's data.

The operator may withdraw the service from any server that does this, without notice.

Premium — what you are buying

Premium is per SERVER, not per person: it unlocks the features in the server you bought it for, and anyone managing that server gets the benefit. Moving it to another server needs the operator to do it by hand.

A purchase is a single payment through PayPal, in US dollars, for a fixed length (one month or twelve). Nothing renews and you are never charged again — the time runs out, the server returns to the free plan, and every setting is kept. Buy again before it ends and the new days are added on top of what is left.

The prices shown in the dashboard at the moment of purchase are the ones that apply, and they may change for future purchases.

Refunds and chargebacks

If a payment goes wrong or your premium never arrived, open a support ticket from the dashboard and it will be sorted out. That is a service you paid for and did not receive, which is a different thing from a refund.

Otherwise, **all purchases are final and no refunds are issued.** Premium is delivered to your server immediately on payment, and everything the free plan offers can be tried before you buy — so you know what you are getting before you pay for it.

One exception, because it is the law rather than a choice: some countries give buyers mandatory rights that no contract term can remove. Where your local consumer law requires a refund, that law applies and nothing above overrides it.

A technical fact, stated plainly: a grant is currently one-way — a refund or a PayPal dispute does NOT automatically revoke premium, and removing it is a manual step the operator takes. Taking the features and then reversing the payment will result in premium being removed and future purchases refused.

The service is provided as-is

MohiBot is provided as-is, with no warranty. There is no uptime promise: it can go down for a server or network problem, an update, or an outage at Discord itself.

Features may change, be added, or be removed. If a paid feature is withdrawn during a period you paid for, contact the operator about the remaining time.

Keep your own copies of anything important. The backup feature is a help, not a guarantee against data loss.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, the operator is not liable for any loss or damage arising from using the service, from downtime, or from lost data, nor for what your members or moderators do in your server.

Ending it

You can remove the bot from your server at any time, and the operator may withdraw it from a server that breaks these terms. See the privacy page for how to ask for your data to be deleted afterwards.

Law and contact

These terms are governed by the law of the United Arab Emirates, and the courts of Ras Al Khaimah have jurisdiction.

The service is sold worldwide. Choosing UAE law above does not take away any mandatory right your own country's consumer law gives you — those rights stay with you wherever you are, and are not something these terms can sign away on your behalf.

Using the bot is also subject to Discord's own Terms of Service, which apply to you wherever you are.
